What You’ll Do:

1. Craft and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
4. Work efficiently as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly, especially during peak hours.
5. Stay knowledgeable about our menu, including seasonal specials and alternative milk options.
6. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
7. Contribute to a positive and upbeat work environment by supporting teammates and embracing our company culture.

What We’re Looking For:

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
4. A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
5. Previous experience in a café.
