A fabulous B&I location in Manchester for a modern, local fashion brand, catering for approximately 100 people daily. We offer lunch, coffee shop, and good high-end hospitality. The role is a Monday to Thursday operation. Additional benefits of this location include great transport links.

We are looking for a talented Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in Manchester.

Key responsibilities:

• To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors.
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly.
• Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation.
• Manage payments and any cash handling.
• Daily stock takes of products available.

You will have the following skills:

• Excellent customer service.
• An all-round team player.
• Barista experience essential.
• Personable, good sense of humour, fun.

Knowledge / competencies:

• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience in customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred.
