Barista

We are searching for an experienced barista for our coffee shop in Chiswick (arcane). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional levels of customer service, along with a strong knowledge and passion for all things coffee to share with other staff members and customers.

Pre-requisites:

1. Full-time or Part-time role, must be flexible and available on weekends.
2. Good level of experience in specialty coffee (dialing in, pulling shots, steaming/pouring milk art, and pour-over coffee).

The candidate must have the ability to deliver the highest quality coffee under pressure and have great attention to detail. Additionally, the ability to lead and communicate information clearly to other staff members, whether during a rush or in training, is essential.
