We’re looking for a Barback to join our talented team at The Old Queens Head.

Think of this role as the engine room of our iconic pub—keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes so the magic can happen out front. What You’ll Do:

1. Support the Bartenders: Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, garnishes, glassware, and essentials—so our bartenders can keep the good times flowing.
2. Keep Things Running: Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar area, ready for anything from laid-back afternoons to packed-out parties.
3. Work as One Team: Collaborate with our bar team and managers to help with setup, close-down, and daily service—always looking for ways to level up.
4. Own the Details: Restock, clean, and handle light maintenance to ensure seamless, standout service all day and night.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience supporting a busy bar in a fast-paced setting.
2. A team player with solid communication skills and a calm head under pressure.
