We are excited to welcome new Bar Team Members to Salutation. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training and support you need. We value team collaboration and are looking for individuals who enjoy working together and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

1. Greet every guest in a way that feels comfortable for you and helps them feel welcome.
2. Follow clear steps to prepare and serve our high-quality food and drinks.
3. Share recommendations when it feels appropriate to create a positive experience for guests.
4. Help maintain a clean and safe space for everyone to enjoy.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If it's live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. A busy high-street pub in a vibrant seaside area of Tynemouth, the Salutation has a little something for everyone. With a beautiful hidden beer garden, our guests can sit and enjoy the North East sunshine with friends and family. We serve great food and an amazing sports viewing experience to our guests, with all TNT and Sky Sports channels and a 98" projector screen to the rear of the pub.
