We are excited to welcome new Bar Team Members to Midsummer Tap. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training and support you need. We value team collaboration and are looking for individuals who enjoy working together and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Can you…

1. Greet every guest in a way that feels comfortable for you and helps them feel welcome.
2. Follow clear steps to prepare and serve our high-quality food and drinks.
3. Share recommendations when it feels appropriate to create a positive experience for guests.
4. Help maintain a clean and safe space for everyone to enjoy.

A little bit about us…

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If it's live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. Whether it is great beer, delicious cocktails, scrumptious food, or a place to just kick back and watch the match, The Midsummer Tap offers everything to our guests. We have three booths with their own screens, showing that we LOVE sport. Every Friday and Saturday night we have our own house DJ in to bang out the tunes.

To be considered for the Bar Team Member position at Midsummer Tap you must be 18 or over as the role involves the sale of alcohol.
