We are excited to welcome new Bar Team Members to Flares. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training and support you need. We value team collaboration and are looking for individuals who enjoy working together and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

2. Follow clear steps to prepare and serve our high-quality food and drinks.

4. Help maintain a clean and safe space for everyone to enjoy.

A little bit about us…

Venues is the party animal of Stonegate Group. From iconic nightclubs such as Ark or Rosies to our fantastic LGBTQ+ bars across the UK or Latin London venues to retro-tastic clubs, there is quite literally something for everyone! Our Venues team lives and breathes the electric atmosphere with our famous tours, events and get-up-and-dance music policy. We’re looking for the people who’d be the first on the dancefloor, so if that sounds like you, we want to hear from you. Flares, Liverpool is known for its party atmosphere that just won’t quit. We are open for Saturday Night Fever on selected days, and our guests are a mishmash of students, hen groups, and office parties here, all cutting shapes on the LED dancefloor with a signature Partini cocktail in their grasp that are 2-4-1 on Thursdays.

To be considered for the Bar Team Member position at Flares you must be 18 or over as the role involves the sale of alcohol.
