Bar Supervisor for Ice Cream Shop

Our tiny but very popular ice cream shop and natural wine bar needs a supervisor. You will work very closely with the management team who are co-running a wine bar across the road.

Responsibilities:

1. Running shifts sometimes solo or as a team up to 3.
2. Support management in day-to-day operations like ordering wine.
3. Train new staff on order of service and product offering.
4. Maintain strict cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
5. Neighbourly relations in a highly residential area.
6. Write end of day reports for management.
