Position: Waiter - Natural Wine Bar 'Cave a Manager’

Location: Soho, London

Work Schedule: 45 hours per week, 7 shifts per week, 2 days off

About Us: Neighbourhood Natural Wine Bar and Shop. An established business with an excellent reputation for amazing natural wine and light charcuterie-style tapas. Our team is young, relaxed, and passionate about delivering the very best selected Natural wines by the glass, bottle, or to take away, all with fantastic friendly high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver great service with a smile.
  2. Provide detailed knowledge of wine and menu offerings.
  3. Assist in serving light charcuterie-style tapas.

Qualifications:

  1. Passion for wine.
  2. Experience as a Waiter is preferred.
  3. Knowledge of wine (WSET training is a plus).
  4. Full training will be provided.

Contract: Full-time, 45 hours per week

Shifts: Early shifts (10 am - 3 pm) or late shifts (4 pm - 11.30 pm)

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
