We need a Bar Manager who has experience in a high-volume site, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while being a focal point for the team. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the business aspects of the bar, dealing with suppliers, ordering, and stock control.
2. Train members of your team.
3. Set and enforce quality and safety controls.
4. Handle cash.
5. Manage budgets and forecasting.
6. Maintain due diligence and ensure staff safety while working.
