Bar Manager

Cubitt House’s pride and joy, The Alfred Tennyson, has an exciting second floor restaurant redesign coming in April called Alfies. We are looking for a Bar Manager to head up our two main bars on the ground and second floor, which will be the new restaurant called Alfies. A focus on classic cocktails and strong wine knowledge is essential for this role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager looking to manage two different floors with a mix of drink and clientele. We are a group focused on people and progression. We put a lot of time and effort into creating an incredible menu for our guests but know it's our people who create an incredible experience and long-term brand.

1. Stock take and cellar management.
2. Cocktail curation and strong wine knowledge.
3. Ability to train and develop your team to reach their full potential.
4. A positive attitude, looking to enjoy their work and enjoy the products we offer and the team they work with.
5. At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
6. Ambition; we will train, listen, and support any team member at Cubitt House. What we need from you is a desire to grow with us.
7. Last but not least, a desire to deliver the best experience for all our guests within the group.
8. You will need to have or be getting a NI number and proof of your eligibility to work within the UK.

Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 yearly
