Location: Northwest London

Salary: Up to £38,000 + 12% bonus + service charge + excellent benefits!

Our client, a hugely popular and growing operator, is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead the team at this high-profile venue. If you have experience in a high volume wet led environment, then this could be the opportunity for you.

What are we looking for?

1. The successful candidate will ideally be a solid, experienced Bar Manager with strong high-volume experience.
2. Must have a background of running a high-volume bar concept, with a reputation for strong processes and excellent training.
3. The ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop a growing team, working hard to maintain and improve service and performance in order to achieve and exceed budget.
4. The successful candidate will be committed to ensuring the site provides great service and an excellent guest experience, using your existing skills to maintain and develop both service and sales within this successful operation.
5. Ability to manage budgets for labour, drinks and consumables.
6. Strong stock control management experience.
