This delightful luxury hotel and spa is now seeking a passionate and highly engaging Bar Manager to oversee the following:

1. Main Bar - offering a wide range of spirits, wines and cocktails to a discerning clientele base together with a light food offering and range of coffees.
2. Conference and Banqueting Bars - an additional bar offering a slightly diminished offering specifically designed to meet the needs of private events, dinner parties, functions, and weddings.

About You!

Already an experienced assistant or Bar Manager, you will have a strong understanding of the following areas gained through experience within the UK hotel market:

1. Strong people management skills.
2. An in-depth understanding of ordering, stock control and rotation, weights and measures act, health and safety, and legal requirements associated with working in the UK market.
3. A background within the 4-star hotel sector.
4. Knowledge of managing a team, recruitment, training, and development of your staff.
5. Be highly engaging and able to comfortably communicate in a professional manner with your colleagues, customers, and managers alike.
6. Be comfortable working evenings and weekends as these shift patterns will form part of the role.
