Who we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar role within high-end venues.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring.
• Good understanding of financials (budgeting, stock control, cost management).
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
