We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our incredible Banqueting Kitchen team at Pan Pacific London. JOB SUMMARY

As a Sous Chef in Banqueting Kitchen, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As the Banqueting Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for all banqueting events, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service. Your tasks as a Banqueting Sous Chef will include but not be limited to:

1. Supporting the Senior Sous Chef in the daily operations of the banqueting kitchen.
2. Ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes that meet the luxury standards of the hotel.
3. Acting as a role model and leader for the kitchen team, inspiring and mentoring team members to achieve excellence.
4. Overseeing food preparation to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all dishes.
5. Enforcing hygiene and sanitation regulations in compliance with legal requirements and hotel policies.
6. Collaborating with the Events and Banqueting teams to ensure dishes align with the hotel's luxury branding and exceed guest expectations.
7. Addressing guest feedback proactively and implementing improvements to enhance the culinary experience.
