Job description

Teamforce Labour is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banksman Slinger/Signaller - All Duties for an upcoming utility project in Peterborough (PE6).

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious professional with a strong background working on civil engineering and utility sites.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent judgement, communication, and coordination when managing lifting operations and guiding plant movements.

Requirements (Essential):

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold the following:

1. CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) - Banksman Slinger/Signaller - All Duties
2. EUSR SHEA Gas
3. Safety Critical Medical
4. Proven experience in civil utility environments
5. 2 recent and contactable references

1. Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety procedures
2. Proven reliability and punctuality
3. Excellent awareness of health and safety on-site
4. Ability to communicate clearly with crane and machine operators
5. Confidence working around live services and in busy operational environments
