About the firm
An international law firm with a global reach, notably with offices across Canada, the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. Servicing clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging entrepreneurs, are recruiting for a Banking & Finance Lawyer 5 - 8+ PQE to join their London office.

About the Role
You will join the firm's finance team advising on a wide range of UK and international mid-market financing transactions, acting for funders and borrowers in acquisition finance; corporate lending transactions, asset/receivables finance, project finance, derivatives and debt capital markets. The work services the firm's clients across a diverse range of sectors, including renewable energy and infrastructure, health-care, technology, mining, property, retail & leisure and aerospace & defence.

About you:
You will be an England & Wales qualified lawyer, with at least 5+ PQE, with a solid understanding of a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including:

• You will join one of the country's leading finance practices, where you will be part of a strong national and international banking & finance team.
