Our client is a top-tier firm with a leading banking and finance team led by highly-ranked partners.

You will act for a range of premier local, national and international clients including major Australian and international financial institutions, funds managers, private capital providers, corporations, and professional trustees. Work will include a range of banking and finance matters including corporate and acquisition finance, securitisation, structured trade and commodity finance, private debt and special situations, and real estate investment and development finance.

This role will suit a driven and motivated associate or senior associate level lawyer who is confident in dealing with clients face to face. You will enjoy working in a high-performing and collaborative team and be provided with genuine career progression opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered, you will be a banking and finance lawyer with 3 – 7 years of experience, although more senior lawyers are also encouraged to apply.
