You will have the opportunity to work on transactions on both the lender and borrower side, offering a bespoke premium service. It is about both your technical expertise and your commercial instincts.

You’ll benefit from exposure to a full breadth of work opportunities, managing high-value syndicated finance and smaller bilateral deals with international and domestic elements including:

1. acquisition finance
2. real estate finance
3. asset-based lending transactions
4. trade finance
5. supporting the firm’s Corporate team on MBOs and PE work
6. supporting the firm’s R&I team on restructurings
