About the Role:

As an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice, you will provide expert advice to global blue-chip clients and intermediaries, working alongside leading practitioners. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technically sound advice and responsive service to clients and colleagues
• Managing files and contributing to practice development
• Participating in knowledge sharing and training initiatives
• Maintaining a strong record of revenue generation and profitability

Ideal Candidate:

To succeed, you will have:

• 1+ years finance PQE
• Excellent academics and solid legal skills
• Commercial acumen and ambition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• Jersey jurisdiction experience and/or familiarity with offshore financial service providers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal precedents
