The banking team operates as a fully integrated global practice acting for banks, funds, asset managers, corporates, and governments on some of the most complex, challenging, and innovative transactions worldwide.

Clients choose them for their market knowledge, partner-led service and extensive multi-jurisdictional experience.

Areas of specific expertise include general corporate lending, leveraged & acquisition finance, real estate finance, funds finance, trade and commodity finance and restructuring & special situations.

The successful candidate will work seamlessly with banking colleagues in Bristol, London and internationally, as part of a one team approach, working on complex and innovative transactions for national and international clients.

Candidates should have excellent academics and a good range of both transactional and general banking experience, ideally gained from working within an international or leading regional firm.
