Our client is offering the opportunity for a Solicitor to join their ambitious and collaborative team in Bristol, recognised for their work in Banking and Finance in the South West.

The role sees you working on both borrower and lender side transactions, from the beginning through to the completion of a deal, within a variety of areas including:

1. Acquisition finance
2. Bank panel transactions
3. Supporting corporate team within PE and MBO transactions
4. Supporting R&I team
