An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support Senior Operational Estates Managers. This role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while ensuring effective communication across departments. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office practices, managing diaries, and providing secretarial services. The post holder is the PA to the Senior Operational Estates Managers on bank, which provides comprehensive and confidential administrative and secretarial services to enable them to carry out their role effectively.
The post holder will undertake the co-ordination and control of common support processes/systems including departmental procedures, training and health & safety and will be required to communicate effectively with other departments and external agencies. This role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to work unsupervised and to exercise initiative, a sense of accountability accompanied by an ability to work under pressure and prioritising tasks effectively whilst working to deadlines.
The Estates administrative team provides secretarial services directly for various Managers and Supervisors, administration services for the Estates teams as required. Full details can be found in the attached job description.
