Job description

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust

Band 5 Occupational Therapist - Bank Contract

Up to 37.5 hours per week as and when required

We are looking to recruit flexible and dynamic band 5 Occupational Therapists to join our Occupational Therapy bank.

These posts will offer the opportunity to work in a number of NCIC teams across adult acute, community and paediatrics.

The successful applicant may be asked to cover some weekends and bank holidays, dependent on the team they are working within.

Main duties of the job

You will have the opportunity to work as part of a team, consolidating your skills as an independent practitioner, whilst also developing delegation skills to our dedicated support staff.

Due to the nature of this position, the post would be suitable for an Occupational Therapist wishing to explore the numerous specialist areas of OT practice within NCIC.

You will enjoy the support of a strong Occupational Therapy network across both health and social care, which brings with it professional development opportunities.

We will offer an excellent induction, ongoing professional support and a highly rewarding job to the successful candidate. We are keen to hear from both qualified, registered Occupational Therapists and those recently qualified who are awaiting HCPC registration in the coming months.

Any applicants who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be progressed.
