This temporary Bank Nurse role at The Copse in Weston Super Mare offers you the flexibility to work the shifts you want, with an hourly rate of up to £18.50 plus a 12.07% holiday allowance uplift. You'll provide high-quality care to men and women with mental health conditions, supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. Main duties of the job

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to men and women with mental health conditions, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. You'll have the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week, with 12.5-hour standard shifts available 24/7. The service focuses on active rehabilitation to help service users progress into future community placements.

Qualifications

• You will need a relevant nursing qualification, NMC registration, and previous experience in a similar setting. Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible, caring, and compassionate approach are also required.
