Day Webster is currently recruiting a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist with hospital ward experience and clinical knowledge for a hospital based in Brighton.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide pharmaceutical care to patients within the oncology department.
2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy.
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust medication regimens as necessary.
4. Educate patients and staff on medication management.

Requirements:

1. Hospital ward experience.
2. Clinical knowledge in oncology.
3. Ability to work daily shifts or other suitable work patterns.
