What you will do:

1. Support the Head Pharmacists at both Moseley Hall Hospital and West Heath Hospital
2. Provide coverage during annual leave, study leave, and sick leave
3. Contribute to the development of pharmaceutical services on each site
4. Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical advice to healthcare teams
5. Engage in patient education to ensure correct medication usage and adherence
