What You'll Be Doing

Join our team as a Mental Health Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with mental health conditions. In this role, you will:

1. Provide expert pharmaceutical care and advice to patients with mental health conditions.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment plans and medication management.
3. Conduct medication reviews, ensuring safe and effective use of psychotropic medications.
4. Provide clinical support and education to healthcare professionals and patients.
5. Ensure adherence to mental health care protocols and compliance with regulations.
6. Actively contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current GPhC Registration as a Pharmacist.
2. Ideally previous mental health experience or strong hospital wards experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a full-time position with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The contract is ongoing with potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
