Job description

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our South Gloucestershire CAMHS locality team based at Kingswood Hub and Patchway Hubs. You will have relevant qualification and professional registration (please contact if you are due to qualify in 2025) and experience of working with children and young people, preferably within a community CAMHS service.

We are a supportive, experienced and creative multi-disciplinary team. We offer individual, family, specialist and group interventions which may be time limited or longer term therapies according to need. You will have the opportunity to utilise your existing skills within core work and/or specialist clinics ideally within our Eating Disorder clinic. Also to further develop your skills and experience with support from our experienced team and our training opportunities.

22.5 hours per week, flexible working pattern considered for suitable candidate.

Main duties of the job
  1. To provide a clinical psychology service to South Gloucestershire community CAMHS
  2. To assess and treat a specialist workload of clients and maintain associated records
  3. Participate in CPD and other developmental activities
  4. Undertake Research & Development and clinical audit
  5. Clinically supervise Assistant Psychologists, Clinical Associate Psychologists, trainee Clinical Psychologist and other professionals
