The purpose of this role is to support the HR Business Partner (or Head of Workforce) to provide comprehensive human resource (HR) support for a designated clinical/corporate Division with regard to resourcing, organisational change, employee relations (ER), and terms and conditions of employment. The role will support the forward planning, modernisation, and performance of the workforce.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will be the Associate HRBP for the Barnet Hospital Business Unit. Your role will support 2 divisions across the Barnet Hospital Business Unit. As part of the role, you will play a key part in providing HR services of a high quality that are client-focused.
You will also work closely with HR colleagues across all main hospital sites on a variety of projects, staff engagement, organisational design and consultation, and policy and process harmonisation.
