1. Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services on hospital wards, maximizing the quality of patient care.
2. Provide essential dispensary cover when needed, ensuring efficiency and precision.
3. Manage discharge medications, ensuring safe and seamless transitions for patients.
4. Screen outpatient prescriptions to verify accuracy and safety, maintaining the highest standards.
5. Conduct homecare prescription screening, ensuring all regulations are met and optimising patient outcomes.
6. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to optimise and personalise patient care.

1. Must hold registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
2. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week in full-time capacity.
3. Demonstrated experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is required.
4. Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team.
