What you will do:

  1. Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and management for individuals with progressive communication and swallowing disorders.
  2. Carry out vital triaging of the St Mary's Hospital Kettering waiting list for community services, ensuring efficient service delivery for Speech and Language Therapy referrals.
  3. Conduct home visits, nursing home visits, and clinic sessions to meet patient needs wherever they are.
  4. Use your expertise in dysphagia assessment, management, and treatment to make impactful patient care decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Must have HCPC registration with ideally two years of experience in the field.
  2. Smartcard and familiarity with recent SystmOne systems are advantageous.
  3. Access to your own transport is necessary for this role to accommodate travel to various locations.
  4. Previous experience with dysphagia and progressive disorder management is essential for providing exceptional care.
