Sky B is an inpatient unit for acute Oncology / Haematology patients. We care for 15 patients who are newly diagnosed with cancer, receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy and symptom management, as well as patients suffering from sickle cell disease and other various types of blood disorders such as anaemia and pancytopenia. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about nursing and has the ability to deliver excellent cancer care while developing their management skills in support of the deputies and senior sister. Experience and knowledge in symptom management and the administration of chemotherapy is ideal for this job role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated person to become part of the ward team. You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills and will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and professional education. We are looking for a nurse who has good leadership skills, is able to demonstrate confidence in both emergency and non-emergency situations, and can provide a role model to other members of the team.

Salary: £42,939 to £50,697 a year per annum inclusive.
