Job Details:

* Location: Rochester (Prison Setting)
* Contract Type: 3-month agency placement (potential for extension)
* Working Days: Monday to Sunday
* Shifts Available:

* 07:30 - 21:00
* 07:30 - 19:30
* 07:30 - 17:30

Pay Rate:

* £28 - £40 per hour (Umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients in a secure environment.
2. Conduct patient assessments, care planning, and health interventions.
3. Manage and support primary care clinics, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For:

1. Security Clearance (essential for working in a prison setting).
2. Registered Nurse (NMC Registration) with Band 6 experience.
3. Proven background in primary care or running primary care clinics.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
5. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
