What you will do:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional aspects to devise individual treatment plans.
2. Collaborate in initial assessments and be adept in specialist seating and discharge planning.
3. Engage in mental capacity decisions while navigating NHS pathways efficiently.
4. Manage a challenging neurological and trauma caseload, ensuring high-quality patient-centred care.
5. Maintain professional HCPC registration with at least two years of relevant experience, demonstrating your capability and expertise.
