What you will do:

1. Assess and treat patients with a variety of physical impairments in the community.
2. Develop tailored rehabilitation programs to facilitate individual patient recovery.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
4. Provide thorough documentation and maintain patient records in line with HCPC standards.
5. Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures to enhance treatment effectiveness.
6. Drive to patient homes or community settings, making car travel an essential part of this role.
