What you will do:

1. Conduct one-on-one and group occupational therapy assessments and interventions specifically tailored for patients on the Inpatient Acute Adult Mental Health Ward.
2. Apply your significant experience in acute mental health settings to enhance patient outcomes.
3. Facilitate and lead group sessions, utilizing advanced group facilitation skills.
4. Work collaboratively with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
5. Ensure compliance with clinical governance and continue to meet the standards set by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
