Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join a well-established team in North Wales. This role is perfect for a motivated physiotherapist looking to bring their expertise to a dynamic setting. The contract is initially for 4 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs. Full-time applicants are preferred, but part-time applicants will also be considered.

Location: North Wales
Salary: £25-28 per hour (dependent on experience)
Duration: 4 months (potential to extend)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough assessments and provide diagnosis for musculoskeletal conditions.
2. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
3. Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
4. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients.
5. Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient satisfaction.
6. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinical guidelines.
7. Educate patients on managing and preventing musculoskeletal conditions.

Requirements:

1. HCPC registered Physiotherapist with a valid membership.
2. Proven experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
4. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time role, but part-time applicants will be considered. The contract is for an initial 4 months, with the potential for extension depending on service requirements and performance.
