What you will do:

1. Provide expert nutritional care to patients in the acute setting, ensuring all nutrition support interventions are evidence-based and person-centred.
2. Independently manage a busy and varied caseload, including ICU patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care.
3. Develop and implement tailored nutritional care plans, considering patient-specific needs and conditions.
4. Evaluate and monitor the outcomes of nutritional interventions, adjusting care plans as required.
5. Offer advice and guidance to patients and medical staff regarding nutritional concerns and treatment plans.
6. Stay updated on the latest nutritional research to continually improve patient outcomes.
7. Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, while supporting less experienced colleagues.

NHS and PN experience is an added bonus.
