About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPN) to join our dynamic team in Worcester. As a CPN, you will provide essential mental health care and support to individuals within the community. Your role will involve assessing patients' mental health needs, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration.
• Proven experience in mental health nursing.
