We are offering an excellent opportunity for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse within the Adults Community Mental Health Team in Oldham.

What You Will Do:

• Be responsible for the co-ordination, commissioning, and personal delivery of tailored care packages for a caseload of service users.
• Conduct initial assessments for new referrals to the service, ensuring comprehensive care planning.
• Act as a shift coordinator when required, providing leadership and problem-solving within the team.
• Deputise for the manager or deputy manager during their absence, maintaining high standards and overseeing team performance.
• Provide supervision and guidance to more junior members of staff, fostering development and upholding quality standards.
