Band 6/7 Physiotherapist - Frailty Therapy in Brighton (UK), earning £30 per hour, seeks an enthusiastic professional for an ASAP start with ongoing opportunity. This full-time role, with consideration for part-time, offers a unique chance to work in frailty therapy. You'll provide early assessment and intervention in the Same Day Emergency Care Unit to support safe patient discharge back home and be part of the vibrant Frailty Therapy Team across three wards. What you will do:

1. Conduct early assessment and intervention for patients in the Same Day Emergency Care Unit
2. Facilitate safe patient discharge to their normal place of residence
3. Participate with the Frailty Therapy Team across three frailty wards
4. Engage in an integrated therapy approach to offer comprehensive and holistic assessments
5. Deliver high standards of patient care
6. Provide therapy support within the Same Day Emergency Care Unit under an integrated model
7. Operate as an autonomous practitioner while working collaboratively with the Multidisciplinary Team
8. Adopt a proactive approach to rehabilitation to maintain and improve patient function
9. Promote timely discharges with a focus on 'Home First'

Requirements:

1. HCPC registration required
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience
3. Car driving preferred
