Job Title: Pharmacist (Band 6/7)

Location: NHS Hospital, North London

Duration: 4 months

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Start Date: May 2025

Rate of Pay: £24 - £30 per hour (via Direct Engagement PAYE)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients on rehab wards. In this role, you will:

1. Perform comprehensive medication reviews and ward-based clinical assessments
2. Provide expert pharmaceutical care to optimise patient outcomes
3. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe prescribing and medication use
4. Educate healthcare professionals and patients on medication-related matters
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current and valid GPhC registration
2. Prior NHS hospital ward-based experience (rehab wards preferred)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM with a 4-month contract and potential extension based on performance and service needs.
