The Trust is seeking a Band 5 Respiratory Physiotherapist to join the Sutton Community team. This role involves providing expert respiratory care, including pulmonary rehabilitation, to patients within a community setting.
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions in community settings.
- Conduct patient education sessions for pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
- Manage an independent caseload and ensure timely patient care.
- Participate in audits and research to enhance service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
- Travel frequently within the borough and work flexibly, including weekends.
- Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration and CSP membership.
- NHS experience, with expertise in respiratory and pulmonary rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid driving license and access to a car for work.
