Post Holders must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding workload, and high-risk environment. The Post Holders will work collaboratively with Clinical Staff and the practice manager to ensure the implementation of the Medical Facility aims and objectives in accordance with Ministry of Defence (MOD) and Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) policies and procedures. They will be expected to be proactive in identifying areas that could be changed and initiating necessary improvements.
The Post Holders will have a major impact in promoting a positive image of the Medical Centre to patients and unit representatives as well as outside agencies, and so must maintain an appropriate and professional standard of appearance, attitude, and confidentiality.

There is no requirement to deploy as this is met by our uniformed personnel, but you will form the continuity of care required by our patients when based at home.
