Job Title: Community Nurse band 5

Location: Hounslow, Feltham, Brentwood

Band: Band 5

Contract Type: Ad hoc and full-time block bookings

Salary: £18.01 - £29.00 per hour

Shifts: Flexible Monday-Friday

About You:

As an experienced Community Nurse with more than 6 months post NMC registration experience, you will be expected to deliver exceptional care to patients using services in West London.
