Job description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Band 5/6 ACT Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a GPhC-registered pharmacy technician with hospital or community pharmacy experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Location: Aylesbury
Hours: Monday to Friday (may consider 4 days)
Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (with 1-hour lunch break)
Pay Rate: £17 - £24 per hour
GPhC Registration Required
Experience: Hospital Experience is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform final accuracy checks on dispensed medications.
  2. Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services.
  3. Provide support to pharmacy staff and assist with the overall dispensary operations.
  4. Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and accurate medication management.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Must hold GPhC registration.
  2. Hospital or community pharmacy experience is essential.
  3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
