A vacancy has arisen within the Facilities Team for a full time Band 3 receptionist/administrator, 15 hours on Thursday and Friday.
The post is based at Fountain Way, Salisbury.
The post holder will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills both face to face and on the telephone, have an attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and be fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
You will need to be able to work, both unsupervised and as part of a team with the ability to prioritise your own workload, whilst working to set targets and deadlines.
This post requires a flexible approach as you may be asked to provide administrative cover within the wider FM team. Although not an exhaustive list, the role will involve:

This is a 15 hour permanent contract - hours Thursday and Friday 9-5.
