Part-Time Bakery Skills Lecturer Northampton

Part-Time Role: 2 days per week (15 hours)

Pro Rata Salary: £10,895.20 - £13,394.80 per annum (FTE: £27,238 - £33,487 per annum)

The Role

As a Bakery Skills Lecturer, you will:

1. Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in bakery skills, combining theory and practical learning.
2. Inspire and motivate learners to develop their technical expertise and creativity.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, offering tailored support and feedback.
4. Contribute to the curriculum to ensure it meets current industry standards and student needs.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone with:

1. Qualifications: A degree in Food Technology or a related field.
2. Experience: Practical industry experience in baking, patisserie, or a similar area. Teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
3. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for supporting learners to achieve their best.
