  • Experience with relational and graph databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Datomic, Neo4j).
  • Expertise in building infrastructure with IaC tools such as Terraform/Pulumi.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proficient in building REST or GraphQL APIs with automated unit testing.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Neo4j, including writing aggregate queries and performing outer joins.
  • Familiarity with Pub/Sub systems and data processing frameworks like Apache Beam.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and cloud computing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in a remote-first environment.
  • Have worked in and enjoyed a remote-first environment, and understand the skills needed to be successful in one.
  • A team-oriented mindset, valuing both winning and losing as a team while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for internal gatherings and team-building events on an (at most) quarterly basis.

Additional skills:
